Abstract
Leadership behavior has been a hot research among scholars domestically and internationally. In recent years, the study of leadership behavior under Chinese context is also gradually increasing. According to PM, CPM, PPM and other leaders behavior theory, and based on China Special circumstances, this paper presents LCPM leadership behavior model. The four dimensions are learning dimension, character and moral dimension, performance dimension and maintenance dimension. Meanwhile, 16 factors which have specific impact on leadership behavior are analyzed; the focus is the impact of individual learning ability on organizational learning, to further enrich the theory of leadership behavior. The aim is to adjust Chinese leadership behavior and promote leadership and the leadership of the organization harmonious development, lay a foundation for validating the relationship between leadership behavior and organizational learning.
