Abstract
Nowadays, knowledge has become one of the most important strategic resources in the enterprises´ competitive advantages, which, therefore, leads to the collaborative knowledge creation as a tactic choice between enterprises in the form of strategic alliance. From the point of knowledge spillover, the analysis of costs and earnings related to the enterprises which participate in the creation should be based on the subordinate frame of `leader-follower´; Furthermore, it should also take knowledge spillover into the costs of creation, and by the way of mathematical model analysis, the author carried out a deep probe into the gain and loss in the procedure of collaborative knowledge creation.
