  • Abstract
    In the early morning of February 27, 2011, Professor Jen-Shih Chang passed away at the age of 63. Born in 1947 in Tokyo, Japan, Jen-Shih obtained a BEng, BEduEng, MEng (Musashi Institute of Technology, Japan), and PhD (York University in Canada) and became a member of distinguished societies such as IEEE-DEIS and the IAS.
