  • Abstract
    These papers for the ICMSE 2014 Proceedings tell fundamental principles and conceptual issues regarding to a process of establishing of small innovate enterprises in universities. Some reasons of that fact that most oh higher education institutions begin to work as an enterprise are given in the Introduction. For example, underfunding from the government, strong competition between universities. There also given a number of special conditions that are necessary for starting businesses in higher education institutions. Process of SIE establishing may be divided into three parts: conceptualization, start-up, enterprise empowerment on the market and developing management. Before starting business, it is important to remember about entrepreneurial possibility. Without the possibility, it is impossible to build a company and to run an enterprise. In these papers problems of the process of SIE establishing are also given.
