Popularization of agricultural technology innovation greatly depends on farmers´ adoption decision behavior. And farmers´ adoption decision behavior is the results of interaction of external and internal factors. In order to study the effects of internal and external factors, general analysis framework had been constructed for the farmers´ adoption of technology innovation decision. By means of Logistic regression model, data of Shuangcheng´s and Wuchang´s had been used in anglicizing farmer´s technology adoption decision. Empirical results show that age, gender, part-time job, education level, and income level are the important internal factors that impact farmers´ adoption of new technology of different types, land scale, policy factors, market factors, technology cost, and technology purpose are the important external factors to adopt new technology of different types.
