Abstract :
The E-Commerce Initiative, which the government of Singapore launched in 1996, defines e-commerce as any type of buying, selling, or exchange of value and services over an open network, such as the Internet. This definition, which is still in use, covers the entire spectrum of activities in the e-commerce value chain, including transaction processing and fulfillment. Government and technology developers work hand in hand to support Singapore´s digital future
