Abstract
In order to study the decision-making mechanism of technological innovation mode in the context of low-carbon economy, definite open innovation and closed innovation as policy set and build game model of low-carbon technological innovation mode selection based on evolutionary economy. Then analyze the evolution dynamic stability of strategy selection. Finally demonstrate the impact of different initial conditions and decision parameters on evolution results. The result shows that when competitive benefits are greater than input costs of open low-carbon technological innovation, the system may evolve to the situation that all the potential adoptive companies choose open innovation strategy or all companies choose closed innovation strategy, which is determined by the initial ratio of companies of choosing the two strategies. In addition, carbon tax and absorptive capacity are two important factors of the system evolution.
