  • Abstract
Technology innovation alliance(TIA) is an effectively pattern to improve enterprise technical level. Because of the incomplete contract, the technology innovation alliance is easily influenced by opportunism, benefit conflict and trust crisis. This paper adopts Cournot model and HPS strategy model to analyze the TIA stability. Cournot model is used in one-shot game, getting a Nash equilibrium. HPS strategy model is used in repeated game, getting the condition of TIA stability. Then this paper analyzes the influence of knowledge sharing from three parts-absorptive capacity, transfer capacity and knowledge repository in TIA stability. On this basis of analysis, the author probes into the condition of TIA stability. This paper provides theoretical basis and reference for those who expect to build alliance to promote profit.
