Abstract :
The aim of this work is to describe a methodology for nonlinear magnetic field calculation applied on two-dimensional (2-D) finite element taking into account a static hysteresis model. The scheme is based upon the definition of modified governing equation derived from Maxwell´s equations considering the magnetization M. The simulation results agree to experience with an Epstein frame and the numerical calculation by the Newton-Raphson method shows good convergence
