Abstract :
Based on survey data of seven provinces, 405 households, the use of binary Logistic regression models, quantitative analysis Fiscal Policy for farmers affected agricultural production will and behavior. Research shows that farmers understand the extent of the financial support for agriculture policy, the policy of financial support for agriculture overall satisfaction with the wishes of its agricultural production and significant positive impact on the behavior, the more farmers learn Fiscal Policy, Fiscal Policy for the overall The higher the satisfaction, the stronger its agricultural production will, more prone to agricultural production and management behavior. The level of agricultural subsidies to farmers and agricultural production and management wishes behavior does not have a significant impact. The research goal is to optimize Fiscal Policy, Fiscal Policy means of strengthening the scientific and operability, perfect Fiscal Policy to provide decision-making.
