Abstract :
From June 10 to June 22 inclusive, there will be conducted at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology by its Electrical Engineering Department aided by power transmission engineers and operators from various sections of the country, a Colloquium on Power-Circuit Analysis with special reference to the behavior of machinery and transmission line stability. Registration on June 10 will be at 10:00 a. m., with technical session in the afternoon under the auspices of the Electrical Engineering Staff of M. I. T.; Tuesday´s sessions will be led by the General Electric Company and the Westinghouse Electric & Mfg. Co., the technical session on Wednesday, the 12th, by an eastern or midwestern company, and on the following day there will be another technical session followed by a general discussion of points raised at the four preceding sessions. Each day´s technical program takes up some subject of interest and importance to the profession. On Wednesday, June 19th, there will be a demonstration of the integraph and the calculating table in the Electrical Research Laboratories of the institute.
