Abstract
Pressure transducers have steadily progressed from being watchmakers´ gadgets to the sensitive and stable integrated circuits of today, easily measuring pressure covering full scale range from ± 5 to + 5000 lb/in2 (absolute). They are ideally suited for process and machine control, medical diagnostics and instrumentation, as well as automotive, appliance, environmental, marine and avionic applications
