Honorable James Hartness declares that the passing of the Temple Bill by President Coolidge is of enormous social and industrial significance to the nation, since it greatly facilitates and accelerates the work of the U. S. Geological Survey and the precise triangulation and leveling of the U. S. Coast and Geodetic Survey, the organizations who are doing this work.
