Perspectives on the roles, skills, and competencies of project managers

MUCH has been published in the IEEE Technology Management Council´s (TMC) publications about Project Management. This short article does not present any new information about Project Management, but it provides some new perspectives on the roles on the skills and competencies required by project managers.
