Abstract :
This paper describes the design of a timing circuit that is capable of generating the timing signals necessary to perform video format conversion from PC to SDTV 480P. This video format converter accepts PC video formats such as VGA, SVGA, XGA and Mac as its input and converts that input into the SDTV 480P format.
