Abstract :
In a convergence control system with Lagrange interpolation of high degree, the unexpected movement problem of other sampling points in the case of a change of a seed point was found. This paper proposes a new digital convergence system based on cubic spline interpolation to increase the quality of interpolation as well as to solve the problem. The system was modeled in VHDL, implemented with a chip, and applied for projection TVs.
