Abstract :
This paper studies the conducted emission in the range from 2 kHz to 150 kHz during the charging cycle of electric vehicles. It provides an overview about the necessity of dealing with these emissions and their influencing factors. A test stand which allows measuring the charging of electric vehicles under controlled conditions is described and measurements and analysis methods are presented. The emissions of selected vehicles during the charging cycle at the test stand and in the low voltage grid are shown and compared. The dependencies between the charging state and the main emission frequency as well as between the charging state and the emission level at this frequency are presented.
