Abstract :
A method based on nonclassical Gauss quadrature rules which takes into account shot noise, fluorescent lighting and intersymbol interference is proposed for the error rate evaluation of optical wireless links. Although results presented here assume NRZ-OOK modulation, the method is applicable to all binary memoryless modulation schemes
