Abstract :
The IEEE current membership priority is China, Japan, USA and India. In this issue of our magazine, I would like to highlight what our society is doing for its members in China. Of course we already have long-standing Sister Society agreements with the China Institute of Communications (CIC) and the China Institutes of Electronics (CIE).
