Abstract :
This paper describes the new comprehensive multipurpose procedures and algorithms of estimation of potential and practice operating efficiency of distributed spectrum monitoring system in frequency range from 30 MHz to 40 GHz. This methodology is used in State Enterprise “Ukrainian State Centre of Radio Frequencies” (UCRF).
