Abstract :
A two-stage current-controlled ring oscillator implemented in 0.35 μm CMOS is presented. The basic building block is a parallel pair of differential amplifiers which reliably generates the necessary phase shift and gain to fulfil the oscillation conditions. A simulation study and experimental results are presented
