Abstract :
The wavelength-tuning properties of an InGaAs grating-coupled surface-emitting laser (GCSEL) are presented. Wide, continuous tunable laser oscillation has been observed over a range of 115 nm, between 900-1015 nm, under pulsed current excitation. Different external cavities have been studied to achieve optimal performance
