Abstract
The web services are increasingly becoming a part of our daily lives as these are programming language independent, platform independent, hardware independent and location independent. Any enterprise or individual can access any web service from anywhere by simply typing the URL of the service for getting immediate service-delivery. This growing popularity of internet based web services and their massive usage is stressing upon the need to enable privacy protection for web services users across multiple domains and arenas, in which their personal and sensitive information is used and shared online. In this paper, we demonstrate how much information a service provider can disclose based upon his priorities about the privacy preferences of the information provider/data owner, ethics of business, legal mandates and corporate social responsibility using analytical hierarchy processing technique.
