Abstract :
An opto-electronic RS-flip-flop based on the polarisation anisotropy of ordered GaInP is demonstrated. While the output signal is electrical, the Boolean values of the two input terminals R(eset) and S(et) are coded through the polarisation direction of two incident light beams
