Abstract :
The last few years have seen a radical change in the structure of STC plc, culminating last year in the acquisition of ICL. These developments have been overseen by STC´s chairman and chief executive, Sir Kenneth Corfield, and, in a recent interview with Roger Dettmer, Sir Kenneth expanded on some of the implications of these changes.
