Abstract
The K-band fade statistics in Tokyo were measured using an antenna (beamwidth of 19.5° in elevation and 6.5° in azimuth) at elevations ranging from 37 to 80°. The results show that line-of sight communication is possible only ~33% of the distance at elevations <50°, But it is 98% at 80°
