Abstract
In the drive to reduce carbon emissions the pressure is on to generate more and more electricity from renewable sources. The EU has set an ambitious target of generating 20 percent of electricity from renewables by the end of the decade, with further increases over the following years. It is observed that reliable and cost-effective storage is the key to keeping the lights on in the renewable world. This paper shows that a Cambridge company that has a solution.
