Abstract :
For the first time, to the authors´ knowledge, hydrogen distributions in weakly and strongly annealed proton-exchanged z-cut LiNbO3 have been measured using modified secondary ion mass spectrometry and correlated with refractive index profiles determined by optical waveguide measurements.
