Abstract :
Fundamental physical constants are directly related to mathematical constants through a geometric structure defined by mathematical constants. Using the wavelength-frequency triangle pair, the numeric value for the speed of light is derived without knowing the physical size of the units by which it is defined, length and a duration of time. The values derived by this process will allow the creation of a set of scientific units that are universal, permanent and invariant in time, with the base units referenced to the same numeric value.
