Abstract :
As a future engineer, you will be building upon the research and technology that has come before you. As an author, who relies on previously published research, it is imperative that you cite the original author and source of prior work. The IEEE defines plagiarism as the reuse of someone else´s prior ideas, processes, results, or words without explicitly acknowledging the original author and source. Plagiarism is considered a serious breach of professional conduct with potentially severe legal consequences.
