Abstract
Wind energy has been one of the fastest growing renewable energy sources in the past decade. This surge of wind energy development has been driven by many factors. In this paper the factors that affected the sustainable development of the wind power plant are analyzed from the aspects of internal factor, environmental factor and social factor. The indicator system of evaluation for the wind power plant as established through the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation based on the characteristics of the wind power plant. Finally, an example was taken to calculate the value of sustainable development ability and the cause analysis was further conducted.
