Abstract :
A recently introduced measurement system presents lower-cost solutions to problems in areas as different as automated-test-system manufacture, surveillance and communications test. Its modularity allows the user to configure the system to arrive at precisely the capabilities needed for a specific measurement, thus saving unnecessary functions, the time he would have taken in designing his own instrument, or both
