Abstract :
This paper uses the compressive sensing to reconstruct the time-frequency representation from few samples in the ambiguity function domain. Reconstructions using the basis pursuit algorithm and the traditional Fourier transform are compared, and it is shown that the compressive sensing helps to improve the resolution of the time-frequency representation. Moreover, different window types and different window sizes are used for the reconstruction.
