Charge-control equivalent circuit for predicting transient radiation effects in transistors

IN A RECENT paper,¹ Caldwell, Gage, and Hanson reported numerous data on the transient effects of radiation on transistors, gave a theoretical explanation of most of the observed effects, and developed a simple equivalent circuit to pave the way for the future use of a computer to solve the problem of the effects of transient radiation on a complex circuit.
