Abstract :
A new stable blind multiuser detector based on signal subspace orthogonal projection is presented. By carrying out a pseudoeigendecomposition (PED) analysis, a technique proposed for the first time, the signal of the interested user can be approximated by the orthogonal projection of a received multiuser signal onto the related subspace of the interested user. Simulations show that compared with the previous subspace-based MMSE blind multiuser detector, the new detector offers better performance without leading to an increase in the computational complexity
