Abstract :
The amplitude and phase distortions introduced by analogue inphase and quadrature generation in an orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) transmitter or receiver are analysed. These results are then used in the development of an optimum digital generation system which offers very good performance with low complexity
