Abstract :
This paper presents a novel method of measuring liquid level with high accuracy, which can be used to measure the draft values without densimeter. With this method the real time analysis of ship stability will be practicable. In particular, the paper describes the architecture and software of the auto test and monitor system, offering the advantages of the system and the estimation of its error
