The technical program for the winter convention of the A.I.E.E. to be held in the Engineering Societies Building, 33 West 39th Street, New York, N. Y., January 22–25, 1935, will include a wealth of engineering information for the profession. New developments, the latest practice, and recent trends toward standardization in various fields of the industry will be presented and discussed. The convention will convene on a Tuesday and technical sessions will be held both mornings and afternoons for the first 3 days. The evenings will be taken up by social events and arrangements are being made for a smoker Tuesday night, the Edison Medal presentation Wednesday night, and the dinner-dance Thursday night. Friday will be devoted exclusively to inspection trips to various places of interest in and about New York.
