Abstract :
In this correspondence, we study maximum distance with respect to rank (MDR) codes over the ring Zk. We generalize the construction of Bose-Chaudhuri-Hocquenghem (BCH) and Reed-Solomon codes and apply the generalized Chinese remainder theorem to construct codes
