On this and the following 32 pages appear all remaining discussions submitted for publication, and approved by the technical committees, on papers presented at the sessions on electrical machinery, transformers, measurements and selected subjects, electrophysics, and protective devices at the 1936 AIEE summer convention, Pasadena, Calif., June 22–26.
