Ross published in the May 1935 issue, pages 512–15, and presented for oral discussion at the electrical machinery session of the Pacific Coast convention, Seattle, Wash., August 27, 1935. This paper was also presented at the summer convention, Ithaca, N. Y., June 26, 1935, and other discussion was published in the October 1935 issue, pages 1107–09.
