Abstract :
Calibration is, undoubtedly, one of the biggest headaches for the user of accurate digital voltmeters. As the measurement capability of digital voltmeters has increased over the last decade, a corresponding increase in the complexity of the calibration sequence has resulted. New technology has now permitted manual calibration to be replaced by a simple, unskilled, procedure taking a fraction of the time previously required.
