Abstract :
Formula one is on the brink of disaster as the FIA (F??d??ration Internationale de l´Automobile ?? the governing body for world motorsport) is trying to impose a ??45m cap on spending for 2010. However, the F1 teams are fed up with being dictated to and are showing their disdain by refusing to sign up to the new agreement, which had a deadline of 29 May.
