    The caption for Fig. 1 of the above paper1 should be corrected to read Fig. 1. The response of a sampling oscilloscope to a step-like waveform. Shown are the responses to an ideal step (top) and to a step-like overshooting pulse (bottom) waveforms. The effective sampling (gating) waveform has a duration of t seconds.
