Abstract :
A measurement technique is presented that is based on the idea of realizing a negative conductance which is variable under the control of a frequency and which uses a switched capacitor in conjunction with a unity gain voltage buffer. Experimental results confirm the utility of the approach. The technique can be extended to other frequency ranges with the use of high-speed gallium arsenide MESFET switches and a wide-band unity gain buffer.
