Abstract :
This note suggests three additions to the above paper. First, the B/sub /spl theta// in the fields (E/sub z/, E/sub r/, B/sub /spl theta//) of axially symmetric E mode is shown. Secondly, an analytical formula, which can calculate the amplitude of electric field E/sub 0/ from a given axial voltage V/sub axis/ is derived. Thirdly, discontinuity problems in practical applications of the above paper are discussed.
