Abstract :
Reported are the results of a computer simulation to estimate the measurement errors of a six-port automatic network analyzer (ANA). In this simulation we considered the systematic errors due to the imperfection of the standard line used for calibration and the nonlinearity of power detectors, and the random errors in power measurements.
