Abstract :
A noise-resistant wide-bandwidth digital phase meter is described. The device is based on the phase compensation principle. A digitally controlled phase shifter, described in detail, is the main part of the circuit. The instrument readings are correct even for -6-dB signal-to-noise ratios.
