Abstract
The frequency stability of the popular three-op-amp instrumentation amplifier is discussed. It is shown that the two input-stage amplifiers of the conventional circuit should be compensated for unity gain. A simple modification to the circuit that allows the use of uncompensated amplifiers is demonstrated.
