Abstract :
A multi-function health detection instrument is developed, which is mainly composed of an arm9 S3C2440 embedded system, a physiological parameter acquisition board, Bluetooth communication module, GSM module, and other additional modules. This instrument can be applied to detect the signals, such as ECG, blood pressure, body temperature, heart rate, SP02, and blood sugar in the home at any time. Also a database is built to save the test data, and the GSM can send the tested data to remote supervision person for reference. Since there are a number of interfaces for system and they are important for the design, in this paper we mainly discuss the design of these interfaces, e.g., the serial interfaces between acquisition board and the ARM system, between Bluetooth module and ARM board, between the GSM module and ARM module. The experimental results show that this instrument works well.
